Yes. As a registered Section 8 company under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Micky Humanity and Educare Foundation issues a numbered, stamped donation receipt for every contribution received. Receipts are emailed within 48 to 72 hours of bank reconciliation.
Under Indian Income Tax guidelines, registered non-profit organizations must report donor Permanent Account Numbers (PAN) to ensure transparent accounting and prevent unaccounted funds from entering the social sector.
Currently, we accept donations only from Indian bank accounts (including NRE/NRO accounts of NRIs) in Indian Rupees (INR). Under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA), direct foreign currency donations cannot be processed until our FCRA registration matures.
Our foundation’s healthcare, child educare, disaster relief, and women's empowerment initiatives directly qualify under Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013. We execute formal MoUs, provide quarterly progress logs, and deliver audited utilization certificates.
